1. Eligibility for Refunds
Medifalcon India Private Limited (“Medifalcon India”) offers refunds for certain services and products purchased through our website, or directly from our executives/employees, subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds are applicable only if the services or products have not been accessed, used, or opened.
- Refunds are not applicable for partially used services or products.
- Refunds are subject to cancellation charges, which may be up to 10% of the order value.

3. Refund Timeline

- The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Any delays caused by the payment gateway, banks, or third-party service providers are beyond our control.
4. Exceptions
- Services or products that have been accessed, opened, or used.
- Prescription medications or perishable items, due to health, safety, and regulatory reasons.
- Customized, special-order, or personalized products.
- Digital products or services once delivered/accessed.
5. Cancellation Charges
- Cancellation charges, up to 10% of the order value, may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Any applicable payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
6. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
- Medifalcon India reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it suspects fraud, misuse, abuse, or violation of terms of service.
- Any chargebacks or disputes raised through payment providers must first be addressed directly with Medifalcon India.
7. Compliance with Indian Laws
This refund policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Information Technology (IT) Act rules.
8. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
- In case of any dispute, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal and Dibrugarh, Assam, India.
- Disputes, if any, shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal remedies.
9. Force Majeure
Medifalcon India shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in processing refunds due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, cyber incidents, or technical failures.
